Hello, at Appearance > Menu ,check at the top of the page and find “Screen Options”, open it and check KLEO
Now you should see the KLEO special menu items, add Notifications, Account and the others if you want.
Notifications is the Message icon, you can choose any icon you want. The account item is the profile photo with profile links. And the cart icon appears when you have woocommerce activated and cart at menu activated from theme options.

For the buddypress profile, check that you have full width profile header activated at theme options 🙂

Hello, it would be easier with that plugin, also you cant modify wordpress dashboard using the theme codes or settings, you need to edit wordpress itself

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

1- There is no login or logout page, those are just modal forms, so you cant edit them without editing the code. The register page can be set by you, by creating a page and call it register, then select it at Settings > Buddypress > Pages but you cant edit that page, as its dynamic, the form will be generated when the user visits the page. To edit it, you need the help of a developer to change the file.

2- These are the emails that buddypress sends https://codex.buddypress.org/emails/ You can edit them 🙂
To send mass emails, you need a newsletter plugin like mailchimp, so you can have all users at your email list.

3- Any generic privacy policy works, if you use google analytics, you should add it there. Also facebook name if they login with facebook, email for registration and any other thing you collect, you should add that there
