Hello, you need to activate visual composer for posts at visual composer settings 🙂 Then at the post you should see visual composer with all elements including tabs 🙂

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

The register page is created by buddypress if you have it installed and active, go to Settings > Buddypress > Pages and check they are all selected.
Users should be able to register at that page if you have registration enabled, to enable it, go to Settings > General and check”Anyone can register”
