1- Puedo intentar optimizar tu velocidad pero aunque tu hosting atribuya el error a KLEO, todas nuestras webs y clientes lo usan, dejariamos de vender si el tema fuera tan lento. Creo que el problema es la cantidad de sitios en tu hosting, todo ello consume recursos y hace que la proxima web tenga menos recursos que usar.

Si quieres puedo mirar las opciones de super cache y sugerirte un CDN. Que es lo que se usa cuando la velocidad no se puede optimizar mas en la web.

2- El backend, se llama wp-admin porque es el apartado para el administrador. Que un suscriptor tenga acceso a el no es normal, es practicamente inseguro que pase eso pues ahi estan todas las opciones de administracion de tu sitio. Que sean redirigidos es por seguridad y porque wp-admin es solo para administradores o escritores de articulos. Muchos temas importantes hacen esta redirección porque es un error mostrar ese apartado a suscriptores normales.

Please follow these steps to enable wp debug so we can see if there is any error:

-Connect to your server by FTP
-Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
-Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

– After this line add this:

WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).

Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
