Hello, sure 🙂 Call your page Blog, and the slug will be blog, now add all elements you want from visual composer, and ta da! Page done
Just dont add it as your blog page at Settings > Reading because then wordpress will hide all your beautifully crafted elements and will just show your blog posts as a normal blog page.

For recently registered members, that is not available right now 🙁
And those codes might be because you have wp_debug enabled, just disable it if you do not need to use it 🙂
