Hello, yes you need to install Loco Translate plugin and go to Loco Translate – Themes – KLEO and select your language then click SYNC and search for the word to change

Hello, you can use ithemes security plugin and check at wordpress repository for other spam related plugins :)Hello, the child theme is never updated, so you can update the main theme without issues, any change at the child theme will stay there
The search form is just a shortcode you can get it at Users – Profile search and by editing the home page with elementor its found at widgets
