Hello, right now there is no opposite member feature you may want to add search results for all women and all men to the menu so users can click there directly, but for what you want only a developer could create this functionality and its not easy to do that right now sadly.

At visual composer you have some options for posts and for members you should be able to create that as the members directory

Hello, it doesnt happen always, its also related with the server, for some it happens and for others it doesnt, you can always export and import them using https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
Any export plugin that allows you to save this information would help. For theme options you also have an import/export feature
