You can choose what field to be required from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields http://localhost/wp-admin/users.php?page=bp-profile-setup ( replace localhost with your domain )

Select your field ( press EDIT ) from right side ( Requirement ) set no required.

The problems is php memory size try to increase the php max memory limit see here how : http://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/increase-php-memory-limit-in-wordpress.html

If you cannot increase memory,contact the hosting provider and ask them about this.

This issue is happening because the iframe has width and height specified.

You can make this available only for tablets and desktops by using this

1. Regarding to the menu : go to wp-admin -> appearance -> menus -> choose your menu then under menu item you need to check Theme locations -> Main Menu (Side)

2. Create a new menu that you will use on username submenu after you populate menu with your desired items from Theme locations -> check Top Right Header Menu

Please remove breadcrumbs from that page by going to page backend -> under content page -> Theme general settings -> Title settings -> breadcrumbs -> hidden. ( see screenshot )

The problem was because the functions was loaded twice once from bp-custom.php and another from kleo-child/functions.php, now the functions is loaded only form kleo-child/functions.php
