The credentials that you have provided not have sufficient permissions to see what plugins are active.

Yes is possible, try to deactivate all plugins that not comes with the kleo theme one by one to identify what causes the problem, you can try to re-save permalinks by going to wp-admin -> settings- > permalinks -> save changes.

I see that you use a very old version theme 2.4.1 – current version is 3.0.9.

The issue that you have describes was fixed few time ago. i suggest you to update the theme to latest version + plugins, but before that please make a theme settings backup by going to wp-admin -> Theme Options -> Import / Export -> Download Data File

Hello,

You can solve this issue by accessing the plugin folder via FTP , wp-content/plugins/, then look for the maintenance plugin and rename the plugin directory by adding a prefix like 1234.

Then login to wp-admin and for maintenance mode you can use maintenance from kleo theme options by going to wp-admin -> Theme Options -> General Options -> [ON] Enable maintenance mode.

I see that the sidebar is there but is empty go to wp-admin -> Appearance -> widgets and in shop sidebar add your desired widgets. ( see screenshot )

If you cannot solve this, provide admin credentials.

If you update Kleo Theme the theme settings will remain as before.

I suggest you to test with a wider image : example : http://blog.jimdo.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/tree-247122.jpg

I tested with the above image locally and it works and with your image not works full width mode.

Remove query string from static resources by adding this snippet to kleo-child/functions.php
