After i got your suggestion many time in many topic, i decide to install fresh wordpress again and create a new database. more than a month, i try to find the choice. as you know i have more than 120 million records on my database. More than 10 days from now to finished synchronize. But i believe in you. if i have the issue, i will contact you.

The issue as i already said above. i’ve fresh wordpress installed 2 times by hosting.
– 1st time, installed with prefix wp_
– 2nd time, installed with prefix wp_3tvcbc
But my old database is prefix wp_3tvcbc_
Then db is messed. but now i already delete the wrong wp_prefix.Hello. How many memory allocated for the best to WP? my hosting is dedicated server. i will tell the admin to increase. Thank you

I’m delete and install fresh wordpress 2 times and connected to old database.and everything is work fine.
But the issue happened as below:– 1st time after install & activate with Buddypress 2.2.2.1 (Lastest version). i can not logn to wp-admin. it’s display white page. but when i change Buddypress to xxx by FTP. i can login to wp-admin again.
– 2nd time after install & activate with Buddypress 2.2 (as Kleo said COMPATIBLE) i can not logn to wp-admin. it’s display white page. but when i change Buddypress to xxx by FTP. i can login to wp-admin again.Many weeks ago, everything it’s work fine with my huge users (2 millions). in my idea, huge users don’t make the issue and you used to help me in this case too https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/i-have-problems-with-the-photo-album-on-the-profile-page. the issue it from Buddypress and rtmedia.
Would you please, don’t tell me to contact with the plugins developer. i know and everybody know.This is not only the responsibility of Theme developer. but please analyze and suggestion

I am apologize. i miss in language understanding. ” None of that is kleo related. Again, did you try with a different theme? ” i already test after renaming plugin folder and confirming the pages are loading without issue.. and it work fine. The issue is Buddypress plugins not Kleo theme. i will contact them. Thank you again for your help.

The issue appears to be plugin related.I came to that conclusion after renaming your plugin folder and
confirming the pages are loading without issue.You can locate the culprit(s) by deactivating the plugins and
reactivating them one by one until you locate the plugin(s) causing
downtime.

I’m understand and clear. i’m believe,Every Kleo clients known and keep in mind that while Kleo does add some functionality to plugins 7th Queen did not develop, Kleo itself is a theme and mainly only styles the output of other developers plugins.
But in many time, we don’t know the root of the issue. cause we’re not the programmer. Only when the expert Kleo support team tell us. then we’can go ahead.

1.Your answer – Topics are either created in the backend (admins) or on the frontend from the forums page.
The issue is, On the frontend from the forums page. It don’t have Create button to display. (Please see attached file)
2.Your answer – Create blog? Do you mean posts? If so, you can allow users to create posts by installing Social Articles plugin.
The issue is, It have conflict between BuddyPress Follow and Social Articles plugins. if deactivate BuddyPress Follow, Social Articles plugin it’s work fine. But if activate BuddyPress Follow, Social Articles plugin it’s disappear. and i need the members have the relation as Following & Follower.

After i contact many time with rtmedia support team and they have a great support same Kleo support team.
And their suggestion as below:1.It seems like a Kleo theme issue. We have tested your site by just previewing a temporary url of twentyfourteen theme http://cookkoo.com/members/mixmind/media/?preview=1&template=twentyfourteen&stylesheet=twentyfourteen&preview_iframe=11 and the media tab loading fine.
The possible problem looks like this query found here by query monitor plugin.

We are not much sure about this, but if you provide us FTP or SSH access of your server, we can debug further and let you know exact cause.2.We have deactivated rtMedia plugin on your site, but still the slow page load issue on members page http://cookkoo.com/members/nerllysandis1170356/1 and http://cookkoo.com/members/anna1769679/. And its pointing the same query and function from kleo theme. Please see attached image.

Now my site it’s work fine.Only the every menu of Member Profile page have the issue.
I’m update new rtmedia a hour ago.But it’ve load very too slow and then display only “No data received” and this issue happened only in all menu of Member Profile page.
But another links on my site it’s work fine.Again, What is the solution to install the new plugins instead of rtmedia.
And that new plugin it’s compatible with kleo theme.

But after it’s work fine, i’m deleted Sweetdate and Sweetdate Child folder as i don’t need junk folder on the hosting. And the issue come back again.
Now, i’m install Sweetdate and Sweetdate Child again (But don’t import Demo of Sweetdate) and still have the issue.
What happened ? i must to have 2 Theme on my site. correct ?

Any links it’s work fine, only the links which have the relate with users profile is too slow and many time it’s display “No data received”.
The information of my database as below:
– wp activity, the records = 2,255,004
– wp bp_xprofile_data, the records = 58,237,039
– wp options, the records = 31,453
– wp postmeta, the records = 8,361,048
– wp posts, the records = 4,179,357
– wp rt_rtm_media, the records = 4,178,971
– wp usermeta, the records = 40,627,879
– wp users, the records = 2,239,311
85 table(s) Sum 120,114,350May the issue it’s make from this or not ?
