Hello Radu, Now the members page it’s display only 3 members when select, Order By-Last Active and Newest Registered. But when select Order By-Alphabitical it’s display all 2,165,265 members. Please help
Hello Radu, They are not fake members but i’ve fresh import from my affiliate. Now, after i’ve log in by few member and members display again.the issue resolved. Thank you

Hello Radu, I’ve enable wp debug as your suggest above. After that i’ve click at Theme options, and It’s display – Error 524 a timeout occurred.
When i’ve check debug.log and the error as below:

Now i have change memory in php.ini to 256M. When i access Theme Options. It is loading immediately blank.
Now, I have increase php setting in php.ini about memory_limit to 30720M (30GB). and still have the issue.
Hello Abe, I have already deactivate every extra plugins except Skt NURCaptcha and Sucuri Security. Because i used to deactivate it and suddenly my site got Hack. And few days ago i have delete every WordPress folder and install Fresh WordPress except wp-content/upload/avatars,rtMedia etc as it have data more than 2 million profiles.
About Cache
1.W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, Redis Cache. I have already Purge or Empty Cache before deactivate.
2.I have already “Purge Everything” in Cloudflare.com
2.In Maxcdn.com I don’t do anything because now it’s uncontrol by W3 Total Cache.But it still have the issue.
Hello Abe, My php setting in php.ini about memory_limit now i have change from 128M to 2048M And i set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php and set max_execution_time from 300 to 1200. And still have the issue.
And in backend it’s not display any errors it’s display only blank page when click Theme options.
Hello Abe, Thank you for your reply.I see, this is a topic from 2014 but it’s the same issue. And i have already change php memory limit to 128M (Before this, it’s 30720MB or 30GB) this is Dedicated Server. But still have the issue.Please help
Hello Abe, I have the same issue. Kleo is the newest version and i was already delete the old one and upload the new one as you suggestion above but still have the issue. Please help

I have the same issue, My action as below:
1. Unzip kleo-vc-3.9-fix.zip and upload kleo-framework and .DS_Store to themes-kleo
2..I deactivate K Elements and then upzip k-elements-vc-fix-3.9.zip and upload functions and .DS_Store to plugins-k-elements and activate it again.But still have the issue. Please help

This is the point which i need to know. Because i must to go ahead to translate my site. If incompatible at this time ? I should to decide on another way. Don’t need to lose our time, and give the time for you and KLEO team continue to development the BEST KLEO THEME for me and our Kleo social.
I don’t worry in this case as KLEO team have a lot of hard work as everybody can see in Kleo portfolio . i wish to give the encouragement for you and your team, and continue to wait your BEST CREATIVE.

When disable Polylang the page as below it’ displays data, for example members or group .
