@andrei – Can you take a look at this one? Its strange.

The client has a ton of plugins so not sure if there was some sort of db corruption. But here’s the basics

1 – Site works fine with Kleo parent theme enabled.
2 – Site has jquery issues with Kleo child theme enabled. There is nothing in the child theme at this moment. There are no jquery errors being reported, but kleo animations are failing on front end and wp media is failing on the backend. I’ve disabled all plugins, delete caching directory, resaved theme options. Not sure what else to do at this point. The client did have a plugin called One Click Child theme. I dont know anything about this plugin but it might have caused issues. Perhaps something in the db.

It hasnt been tested as far as I know, so couldnt say with any certainty. It should run fine but you may have to customize the styling to make it match Kleo.

What changed recently?

The issue is with jquery, though I’m unable to determine why. The media loader uses jquery. The issues you’re having on the material design page has to do with animations which use jquery. I dont understand why it works with the Kleo parent theme and not the child theme. I’ve tried everything I know to fix it. I’ve enabled debugging and its not pointing me to any issues.

My suggestion now is to run the parent theme until one of the 7th queen developers can look into this.

This is really strange. What do you know about the one click child theme plugin you had enabled. Did it perhaps save something to the database that’s screwing it up? Because like you say, Kleo parent theme is fine, but the child theme is having issues. If I do a source code comparison of the materials page between the parent and child theme, both are the same.

When you add a new portfolio page, make sure you’re in Visual Composers backend editor, click on the templates button, click on default templates, then select one of the portfolio templates from the list.

If you havent done so already, I suggest that you import the portfolio demo pages by going to Appearance > Kleo Demo > Import by content type > Portfolio.

Clients are a CPT kleo creates. WP Admin > Clients.

Go to Users > Profile Search. Create a form if you havent done so already. You’ll see the shortcode you’ll need to use. Should look similar to [bps_display form=6773]. Add that shortcode to your slider.

Since I dont have network admin access, I cant test for issues fully.

Try the following

1 – Enable the WP 2015 Theme on the community site. Then search for karinamus from the members directory. Let me know if they still show up.

No. That page doesnt even load unless you have development mode turned on. Put it in Theme Options > General > Quick css if you dont have a child theme.

There’s not any hooks. You’ll have to customize the function. And since anyone, even guests can like a post, you’ll have to figure out how you want to handle that. The file is /kleo/lib/item-likes.php.

The css for the menu is in theme options > general > quick css.

Portfolios are custom post types. There’s really no difference from WP posts. They are just a way to separate content. If you import the demo data, you can see examples of different portfolio page layouts. You dont have to stick to one layout. The Portfolio Full-Width overlay is a page (not a portfolio page) that uses the portfolio shortcode to display a listing of your portfolios. Its really no different than a page set up to display a listing of the posts on your site.

Hold of until Kleo 4.0 which will introduce shortcodes for login and register forms.

For the menu, you can highlight an item by adding ‘btn-highlight’ to the item’s css classes field. It wont have the angles like in your image.

Assuming “Top Members” is the pageable container title, it doesnt appear that you can. So, remove the title from there and add a custom heading above it.

That happens when you dont have enough posts to create a carousel (more than 3). Did you change the filters after moving to a 3/4 wide column?

I cant reproduce the issue, so if the above isnt true, then I’ll need access to your site to see what’s going on.

Found the issue. 2 is a default value so VC doesnt add the columns parameter to the shortcode. In the code that produces the table, if a column parameter isnt passed to it, it sets it to 3. I’ll submit a fix for this. In the mean time edit /plugins/k-elements/shortcodes/templates/kleo_pricing_table.php and change 3 to 2 on line 14 (columns).

I’ve submitted the code to the developers. Not sure if it will be included in the next release since its due out any day and they have been working non-stop to get it released. And before you ask, no I cant give you the code 🙂 There’s a ton of it to make it work. You’ll have to be patient.

I just looked an in Kleo 4.0, you’ll be able to turn on/off individual shares (mail, pinterest, etc). But you still wont be able to add your own unless you code it yourself.
