ParticipantI was able to resolve the issue. It was caused by the site automatically linking to another page when the width of the was less than a certain width. Thank you.

ParticipantYes…on both my iPad and my iPhone, the “Partners” link in the top header goes to the “Free Trial” page instead of the “Partners” page.

ParticipantI have cleared cache and still have Partners linking to FREE TRIAL on my cell phone.

ParticipantI just tried it again from my iPhone and the “Partners” link still seems to be going to the FREE TRIAL page instead of the partners page. I’m trying to refresh my cache on my end, but still seeing it going to the wrong page. On your mobile device, Partners is going to the partners page?
It works fine on the desktop or laptop, but not on mobile devices.

ParticipantI added the child theme and also added the custom CSS to the Child theme’s style.css file and nothing changed. Why aren’t the changes in the video player settings taking effect?
Please advise.

ParticipantI see, based on your screen shots, that the forms are working on your end. I tried both of them in Chrome and they seem to be working there as well.
I am using Firefox as a browser and they are not working in Firefox 44.0.2. Please advise. I really need to get the site launched today if possible.

ParticipantBoth of these pages are still not scrolling properly to show the entire form. Did you say you have removed the unneeded CSS already or is that something I need to do?

ParticipantNo…was not saying that I upgraded KLEO. I changed from another theme to the KLEO theme. With the other theme, the optimizepress pages displayed full width like they were supposed to. Where do I go to change the CSS that you showed in your attachment?

ParticipantThat CSS code seems to have worked. What exactly did the CSS do? Do you think this is a permanent solution?

ParticipantOk…now I simply changed the header layout back to the option that has the logo at the top left of the header instead of the top right and the background color changed from #FFFFFF to a grey color. There seem to be so many header settings that are linked together and it is very hard to understand how changing one thing seems to effect so many things. I want the logo to be top left and bright white header background.

ParticipantYes that would be a good call because it is a setting that impacts the overall design and you can’t even see it if Sticky Menu is turned off. Not even sure what is meant by “Sticky Menu” so I would have never thought to look there for that option.

ParticipantPlease help me figure out where you went to do that. I know it is Theme Options> Header according to your earlier post, but all I see on my end is Theme Options > Header options and Theme Options > Styling Options > Header. What am I missing? Can you send me a screen shot of where to find that setting?

ParticipantI have checked there but I do not see a place on the Theme options>Header Options to change the transparency of the header. Under Theme Options>Styling Options…I sent you the screen shot showing that none of the transparency boxes are checked.

ParticipantI found out where transparent header was selected, turned it off, but the first row is still showing through the header. It did turn my main menu text color to red, which is what I had set it for, but for some reason it still isn’t recognizing the background for the header as white. Where do I change the background color of the header or do I still have a transparent setting selected somewhere?

ParticipantFantastic! Thank you! Only 1 quick question concerning the header. I like the fact that the header under the top header is now black, but I can’t find where exactly to change it if I want to change it to something else. Is that the background of the entire page showing through or is there a specific place to change that color in the style settings?
Portfolios:
I have only done 1 previous wordpress site that makes use of Portfolios and I was hoping that you had some video tutorials on how they operate and how to best set them up. I am very interested in setting up a site like the Portfolio Full-Width Overlay Demo where the portfolio items create a grid effect. What exactly is the functional difference between a page and a portfolio? Thanks for all your help!

ParticipantOk all of that I have already been playing with and have not been able to get the changes that I would like to have. So specifically, I currently have a red top bar, which is what I want. I want the menu on that top bar to be #ffffff when there is no hover so it is easier to read.
There is a white bar/header just under the red top bar. I would like for this bar to be black or transparent black so that the white menu will show up on it. I have not been able to find out where to change the background color of this header that is just underneath the top bar.
As you can see from the attached screen shot, the white menu disappears on this white background when you scroll down the page.
