    Thanks for the reply.

The page was created in normal way and it’s URL does show www in the Page Editor.
    Please see the screenshot http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c6463y330

    The page is here http://treshoppe.com/register/

The link to the menu was added from

    Appearance > Menus > Buddypress > Logged-Out > Register

You can see that the Hardcoded link is http://treshoppe.com/register/

WordPress should redirect it to www version because all the other website is on www version but WP does not.

I am not sure but may be this is why the Icons are missing and Facebook Login does nothing.

Thanks. Yes, that’s what exactly happened. It was unassigned for no reason.

Same problem with me. The login and register link does not appear in the menu even though they are added in the menu.

sovereignminded thanks man. That was the solution.

This should be in the FAQ or the Documentation. I was setting the logo in theme options and that was not making the logo show up.

Remember guys, you have to the Page that is setup as home page and edit the page. There you have the theme settings and set the logo their.

The theme needs very detailed documentation.
