you have the admin login so login and try to update the plugins and see what happends

I tried this morning to install older version of Buddypress from april but it messed up my site and left it all white

If someone ele faces the problem that member profiles buttons dont show when logged in and profile tabs is non clickable the solution is

<the template is displaying the bp_member_header_actions hook – and for some reason , in this version of the theme the buttons were not hooked to bp_member_header_actions. I hooked them by adding a block of code in functions.php >

You have left is in really hard situation here as nobody can fix the issues after the update to 3.1

I cant find the files where i can restore to version 2.9

Can you send me a link so i can download those files and see if we can save the site by downgrading it

We have tried all that but nothing makes the site work again

– Members cant send message to eachother
– Members cant click on profiletabs, nothing happends

Is ther anyone we can contact to help us solve this as we are loosing many members and must do refunds as the site is not working

My members can send messages to each other and there is no button for send messages and cant click on profile tabs, nothing happends

You have login details so log in and try to solve this issue so we dont have to close the site down

Before we used normal theme and now is child theme after update and i dont know if that makes any difference

The profile images are dancing all over the site, when one member click on another members profile the profile images from both members are all over the page

Same problems with search

I would appreciate if you looked into it as we have many complaints after the update

if they choose latest members they get 404 page

also profile images are jumping all over site when checking profiles

I have fixed the https change in the logo images but stil get some https errors and probably need to change the map name where the images are

I dont understand your instructions regarding the php snippets in the functions.php file and I dont use child theme.

I tried to restore my site thru backup but now I cant access Sweetdate in admin and my logo is gone

After update I cant see me site, only login thru admin

I solved it,

had to make new translations and upload to theme/sweetdate/languages

My language was erased by latest updates by some reason

Thats why buddypress did not show

It seems my translated files for Sweet Date theme was erased with latest update

I try to ad swedish both as po file and translate in loco translate, the po file dont show up if i ad it to languages theme but the loco translate does

I cant ad swedish as language in sweet date, it keeos adding german language file

What should the po file be named?

Yes the language files are in wp-content/languages/plugins

Tried to remove files and reactivate bp but did not work

My general/settings is set to my language but it will not show any way

Everything worked fine until latest bp update and now i cant have my language show in the register form on the startpage, strange thing is that my language shows when you login in search form

It was the WPML multi language that caused the problem so if anyone else trying to update servers and it does not work, deactaivate or uninstall wmpl plugin and activate after server upgrade

As I wrote before I had already tried to deactivate and activate the woocommerce but the problem with old files are still there

There is notification as I have the latest versions of everything

Better you log in to our admin or ftp and take a look how to fix it

2, members have different emails on different sites with diffrent databses, still some members profile images end up on other sites…its a mistery for us

3, So should the “cancel user subscription at gateway” be ticked or not when i activate members manually, just answer yes or no

2, Seems you did not understand what i meant, this is an error happening and nothing i want to add
How can it be that someone register at one of my sites and this members profile picture ens up on a totally different site at another members profile
