You need to update the theme to the latest version. If you already did that please do this again. The problem is from the templates of WooCommerce that need to be updated.

Hello,

Go to (Appearence > Menus), click on top right button “Screen Options” and click BuddyPress option. Now you have activated the “BudduPress” area from where you can add profile link for every user. Please see attachement.
