i deactivated all plugins and none caused the issue. also i dont know how to rename with loco translate. i dont even know what to rename it to because it it still gives updates but a different update from the othger
Ok thanks Radu, sorry for silence i removed the woo commerce plugin because it was heavy for my shared server. please one more thing is there any notification plugin available? so that users are notified even when on my buddypress site. as in when they are not on the site and there is a new activity a notification is seen.

below are the pages i have problem with, i want the form to be dark no white.
Also Radu, please i am having problem configuring w3 total cache for my site, i love wp super cache but it seems it is not good for buddypress because i only want to enable page cache. i did that with w3 total cache but the plugin is heavy and i am on shared hosting (VPS is too expensive for me… i am still a student and dont have much finances). please any advice as to how to configure wp super cache for buddy press? so that i can uninstall w3 total cache and instal wp super cache. The only issue i have left is that of activity privacy on the whats new form, if i select a different filed on the “post in” select box, the activity privacy button dissapears, but since no solution now i will leave it like that for now because i like the privacy plugin. Hey Radu, i just discovered its a plugin conflict, after i disabled the plugin it works… but now when i add background image for the site it scaled perfectly for PCs but it is zoomed for mobile and doesn’t show full screen image on mobile
OK thanks Rady… Also it seems there is a little bug, when messages are typed on this forum on mobile the box shifts to the right such that other fields at the left cannot be seen any more… I just took some pictures to show u…
Hey Radu, please i am sorry for disturbing much. i promise i wont add again to this thread after this, its just i need to speak with you directly thats why. please. Its concerning buddypress activity privacy… can i style make the privacy button close to the “post update” button so that it alone will use the default theme css? by default it is like image “1” but i want it to be like image “2”. and i want the changes to affect only the privacy button alone close to the “post update” button. but i dont know how to use it even though i tried. i am only used to adding code to functions.php. Please can you help me explain better how to do this? i dont understand the tutorial they gave. Hey Radu yes i can view the button also in all activities, but when on site wide activity, but under “whats new” there is another button “post in” when i click post in and change it to eg a group the button dissapears. did you try that? thanks
Hey Radu good evening,… please i discovered a small issue. after using the code;

everything works fine, as seen in image one, but when i change the “post in” to a different path like a group the activity privacy button is not seen anymore but when i click on the empty space it shows me the privacy features, meaning that it is there but invisible. Hey Radu it worked .. thank you. please also one more thing. please dont get angry. just this last question….the activity privacy icon is at the right hand side of the “whats new form” is there a way to make it remain fixed there without moving? now when i load my website, the icon isnt in a fixed position it first. in the firs image i sent you see the “anyone selector” is close to the “profile selector” then in the “image 2” you see it becomes normal after the page is fully loaded which is good. is there a way to make it remain at the fixed position like image “2” so that even during page loading it remains fixed rather than going close to “profile form” and back again? if you need login details let me know. i also saw editing the page using visual composer gave the option restrict item by user guest or logged in. bu that didnt helo now; when users log in they ae redirected to my activity page (mysite.com/activity) and when they are loggedout they are redirected to the landing page (mysite.com) which is good… but when even a logged in user clicks mysite.com they are taken to the landing page and when they get there even after they click login they receive the notification you are already logged in please refresh, after refresh they are not redirected to the mysite.com/activity but they are still left at the landing page. how can i stop this? so when a user is logged in and is redirected to mysite.com/activity even if they click mysite.com the are still redirected to mysite.com/activity… thanks
Also i discovered a function in the lading page where forms are hidden from logged in users. is there a way i can place a link which will direct users to the activity page “mysite.com/activity”? or rather if logged in users can not view the landing page because they have already loggedin. WordPress gives the chance to only add one page as home page and i added the landing page as home page and used peters login redirect to make logged in users to go to activity page but if the click on the logo it still takes them to landing page. so now it is better the landing page is disabled to logged in users and enabled to non logged in users
