Thank you so much Radu, I really love the theme and it’d be a shame to find a new one.

it was on her laptop – normal laptop using chrome – I opened another ticket about comments disappearing, I wonder if it’s the same issue?

Our developer looked into it and reported:

I’m guessing that the kleo.dynamic.css file wasn’t pulling down for you, that is where the config lives for styling those buttons

    <link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’kleo-dynamic-css’ href=’http://www.healthbloggerscommunity.com/wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/kleo_dynamic.css?ver=1.2.3&#8242; type=’text/css’ media=’all’ />

could it be that causing troubles?

Apparently our developer looked into it:

Apparently it was one of my users, she says she is still having the issue!

Basically the bug is linked to RT Media – I updated to a new version of the plugin a few seconds ago, and the notifications now work 🙂
As I know it’s a recommended plugin, I thought I’d flag it for you in case anybody else has the same issue!

Hello Radu, I attached the video below. I switched to the other user as well.
As I mentioned, I did not have any problem with Buddypress 5.0
For now I am reinstalling that old version to make sure users can find notifications!

    Hi Abe,
I installed the new Buddyapp and updated Buddypress to 6.0 and despite the menu working (hooray!) I now have problems with notifications. Attaching the screenshot whenever I click on a notification, this is where it leads me to. I’ll look for any other clash with plugins, however, never had issues before.

Thank you that worked like a treat!
Just one more thing: another bug the 6.0 version has is that when you click on the notifications it says “activity not available” and redirects me to my user – I don’t have a screenshot as I forgot before changing version.
Of course with 5.0 I have no issue, but as it’s another bug I thought I’d mention it!

The code has given me problems, I got the white screen of death. I have my developer on the case, I’ll keep you updated though.

I have no idea why, I tried with

    PW:
    testseventquee01

seems to be working for me!

Sure, you’ll need to be logged in though.
I setup a test admin account:

Hi Laura, that also, but ideally I would like to be able to set the page layout for the blog to blank, so that it does not include the menus available for the users logged in. It would look a bit weird otherwise!
I sent two attachments, one with the normal page asking for the template, the other of the blog posts page, where you cannot select the option at all!

Otherwise, shall I use the same code you mentioned below and change it in my cPanel? Just because I had to put my website down atm and it’s been the 4th time in 2 days.

Hello there, just for the heads up, have been having exactly the same problem, is it something that can be fixed in the future updates?

    Thank you!
Okay I activated debugging mode, here’s what’s picking up. Is there an easy intuitive way to clean this up, or should I ask a developer for help?

    Thanks a bunch!
