Hi,
You have to go to a group and you will see it, it says “group chat”…in between “home” and “links”
You can go to either Group Chat or Chat 2 groups.

So I asked you to show me where you “told me this”I know what I posted…and I also know what YOU DIDN’T say. And hopefully you know that you never “told me” that…not even once.
You gave me links to the topics of the shortcodes that I opened, and you clearly haven’t read them yourself because not once in those topics did you tell me that, “using Sweetdate shortcodes in KLEO doesn’t work” …now did you? Yes or no?! Not once, let alone “many times”

I am using sweetdate! You are NOT paying attention to what I am saying.
So once again….I am using SWEETDATE. On my home page…just like the demo version you have on theme forrest where it sys how many members you have in each group….I have used THE SAME short code for my site…and it isn’t working for me!
When did I tell you that I was using shortcodes from sweetdate inside of Kleo???
You are not reading what I’m saying and just giving the same generic answer over and over again without offering ANY help!
Now I will probably have to wait another day in order to get half of a response!
And you STILL did not tell me what you mean by “Does it work on the imported homepage?” <—-#1 what do you mean?
#2 I AM USING sweetdate! I used the SAME code from the DEMO version of the site…and it is NOT working.
If I was talking about Kleo…then wouldn’t I have posted this in the KLEO forum?

I don’t know what you mean by the imported homepage. I copied the code from the demo and placed it here. What do you mean by imported homepage?
That was from a completely different page and don’t see where you responded to me on this. Maybe you can point that out to me as well as you telling me that they’re “just shortcodes that are not interpreted since they belong to the Kleo Theme” I must have missed that.
If they are from the Kleo theme then can you explain to me what they are doing on the sweetdate theme? If they’re not supposed to be there then isn’t that in fact an error?

rather than just deleting this test, I would like to know how to fix it….where the animation is working and everything.
I installed Kleo first so I guess I’m a little bit spoiled…I know how it is supposed to work and I’ll be using sweetdate as my main theme.
And just so that I am clear I copied :

K elements is disabled, but how can I be using a demo inside of sweetdate? If so, how can I check because I’m editing it and redesigning it and I would hate to have to do it all over.?

I switched it to try to do some customizing of this theme, but I will switch it back….Kleo won’t allow me to edit anything like the menus at the top i.e menu 1 menu 2 menu 3 etc and the logos.I guess I will post that in the Kleo forum after I hear back from you.

Sorry, I more issue. When I activated the BP forum, I’m still not able to have my members go to the forum and I don’t see the page until I click on it through the admin panel.

Actually I didn’t do any editing. It was okay at first but then just stopped all of a sudden. I will do some checking and then hopefully it will be ok. Thanks for the suggestion and again all of your help.Hi,

#12 I am using chrome as well, but it happens in FF too. I will try to do some tweaking around and see what I can do.

Got it….But when you say the home demo…my demo looks like it has errors in the code. Maybe I am looking at something different than what you are saying. That should be pretty simple for me to do as long as I see where it is. I checked on all of the pages and it looks like they all have or had some sort of errors…like the home-2 page.
How about #10, 12, & 15? That is actually all that I need for now, the rest is just a matter of me clicking around I think.
I think I get it…it seems like the child theme would be the base theme, I guess. When I see child I was thinking of something that is less than the parent.
Anyways =) I’m working on it a bit better now and it is coming to me. There are fewer changes that I need and some are different from the original issues that I had. I think it’s just a understanding of what goes where. The profile fields are okay now, I don’t think that will be an issue. Switching the home 2 page to make it the main homepage…/thelovezone is something that I have yet to figure out but I’m thinking that it’s just a matter of changing the permalinks? I haven’t tried it yet.
Can you help me out with #’s 3, 4 & 5 for starters?

Sorry for the late reply and thank you for getting back with me over the weekend…I greatly appreciate that.I’ve been working on the normal template =(…lol and have actually been making some gain when changing the site. But I will activate the child theme as you instructed, but can you briefly tell me the difference between the two?
I’ve been activating my plugins and haven’t seen any change, although I have only about 15 right now…Do you have a maximum number of plugins suggestion?
