Hello, the issue seems related to buddypress wall plugin, i suggest to deactivate it as its creating a conflict with the theme. I suggest to try buddyboss wall plugin ( paid ) or https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-activity-as-wire/ ( free )

Hello, i think the issue is related to the scripts usage, there are some plugins using too much scripts that breaks visual composer when there are many elements at the editor.
Try to deactivate other plugins and then add the text to the block, if it saves, then its the script usage.
Another solution is editing it by text, at the CLASSIC editor, finding the text block elements at the code and then adding the text

Hello, to importa a demo:
1- At Demo content folder
Find demo-sweetdate.xml and import it using WordPress Importer at Tools > Import
2- At Demo content folder > site styles
Open the text file of the style you want, copy the content and paste it at Sweetdate > Import / Export > Import from text then click SAVE
