Hello yes, just go to Appearance > Menu and you should see a section that says Categories, just place your categories at the menu or use the custom menu link with the category URL and the category name 🙂

Hello, the version of visual composer that comes with the theme doesnt have access to those templates, when the theme is updated you will get the new version of VC but templates feature is only available if you buy your own license of VC
