Hello images should be resized automatically, so the size doesnt really mind, but if you want i think anything from 800px will look fine

Hello, to do that you need to disable responsiveness of the theme, if you want that on mobile they see the same as desktop, for that you would need the help of a developer because it requires php and css knowledge plus time and development. I suggest to ask at upwork 🙂

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
