Hello, i am sorry but that is not available right now, however, maybe a developer could create this for you, but it would require some time and development as you need to edit the archive page with some php knowledge.
I suggest to hire a developer at upwork for example

Hello, there is not a feature like that at buddypress, but you can restrict member profiles using paid memberships pro with the theme restrictions or using https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-members-only/

1- You will need to edit header.php , first copy it to the child theme and edit it to add the menu links, you will need some help of a developer if you do not know how to do it

So for the redirection to their profile, change your settings at Misc > Redirection ( attached ) and select another.

For the login to have it in the menu go to Appearance > Menu and at the top of the page at Screen Options, check KLEO then you will see special menus like the login and register modals 🙂

To allow users to post you need to make them authors or use a plugin like frontend publishing pro or social articles
