Hello, you would encounter those issues at any other theme, as what you describe is wordpress related issues and translation issues
1- Install super cache plugin or fastest cache plugin, theme does not manage your website speed, it also depends on plugins and themes, so you need to optimize it, i can take a look if you want
2- This is something from buddypress plugin, not the theme, use the plugin Buddypress Members Only to restrict those sections for registered members
3- Make sure you are checking loco translator at Sweetdate, k-elements and buddypress plugin
4- Check Buddypress at loco translate – plugins
5- Make sure you select subscriber when you create a new user at the backend, and make sure your default role is set to subscriber too at wordpress general settings ( theme does not controle roles at all )

Please understand refunds are for themes not working properly, those are envato rules, the problems you are describen are related to wordpress itself and plugin issues. Nothing the theme controls, just the translation.

Hello, the theme does not integrate any payment options, the plugin paid memberships pro and woocommerce do have payment options, we can’t help you integrate it as we are the creators of the theme not the plugins who manage those payment gateways, you would need to hire a developer to do those changes

Hello, is set to be the blog, so it’s not being used as a normal page. If you want to have an edited page as your front page, go to settings – reading and select it as front page. If you want that page to also be the blog, use visual composer elements to show posts. But do not select the page as blog when you also have it as front page. This breaks it

Hello, Kleo is a wordpress theme, its responsive so it looks good on mobile, but its not an app. You CAN create an app that uses KLEO because its responsive, but as kleo is a wordpress theme, it doesnt have any app funcionality
