Hello, by default it shows the user name but you can change that by just renaming the name field to Username so they dont enter their real name, or if you prefer to just change the search result then you will need to hire a developer to do that for you as it requires some php changes

Hello, found an easier way, jst install the following plugin:
And create a new menu at Appearance > Menus, leave the menu empty and save.
Now select your usual menu and scroll down to find the logged in check. Check it and save. So the logged in men will be that one and the Primary menu will be the empty one
