Hello, at the login form you should be able to see forgot password link, and for you to do it at the admin dashboard you need to go to Users > Edit the user and generate a new password then send them the email so they can change it later

Hello, for menu issues go to Appearance > Menu and you can delete them there, for more duplicated content like pages its at Pages
But demo uses to import only homepages and menu items + widgets so there shouldn’t be any more issues
