Hello 🙂 please for future questions open a new ticket so its more organized.
For this issue its basic SEO, please install yoast seo plugin ( the free one is enough ) and go to your Home Page, click edit and you should see YOAST SEO options, add page name, description and the image. This is what social media will use when you share the domain 🙂

Hello, sadly this is the first time is see this issue, so i do not know exactly what could be the cause. It could be the server, please make sure to have all plugins and theme updated and if you can ask your hosting provider to see if they find any issue.
