as a side note, WooCommerce is stating that KLEO has outdated templates for WC 2.3.
February 10, 2015 at 09:58 in reply to: Extra Product Options Plugin – conditional logic breaks in KLEO #45363mattylbParticipant*RESOLVED* – the latest update 3.0.4 of the EPO plugin seems to have fixed the conditional logic. Didn’t make much sense to me how the theme could cause it anyway.
Still not sure why the notification requests were/are happening on my test site though. What tool are you using to see those?
February 10, 2015 at 01:10 in reply to: Extra Product Options Plugin – conditional logic breaks in KLEO #45346mattylbParticipantOK – cache purged, removed reference to any BP service in menus, changed refresh to 0, hopefully it’s gone now! :X
February 10, 2015 at 00:46 in reply to: Extra Product Options Plugin – conditional logic breaks in KLEO #45341mattylbParticipantWHOA Thanks! I deleted the buddypress plugin altogether and verified that the refresh setting was set to 20000 (default) in theme settings. Is that an issue caused by the new version of BP?

mattylbParticipantmattylbParticipantmattylbParticipantHere’s an add-on to Visual Composer that might work for vendor submitted products called Templatera. It’s a template system and I can imagine the store owner creating templates for different product types and letting the vendor choose a template to fit their needs and just adding their info and images to it – viola!?
Not sure if that is what this is capable of, but for only $11 and with full integration into VC, it might be worth a try.
mattylbParticipantI guess I assumed it was a glitch while updating the software so it threw me off a bit. I can wait another week I guess. Not promoting my site till after the update though.
mattylbParticipantNo problem and I knew this wasn’t the case! 😉 I even submitted what I wrote for you to Envato’s “help line” and I have no idea if it submitted because I got an error after I submitted it. (that’s frustrating too, lol)
Seems Envato has some detail work to do on their messages – among other things such as how they cache links to software in our downloads lists. 😉
mattylbParticipantI’m having the same issues where I can only update the square profile image via the KLEO profile image changer but I think they are working this out for use in the next update. Basically what I was referring to is how great its potential is and that I’m glad it will be in the next release. 🙂
mattylbParticipantThanks for checking – I’ll double check the theme version and try disabling plugins while testing it.
Speaking of theme versions, what’s the ETA on the next release? 🙂
mattylbParticipantsorry, the screencast doesn’t show what happens with touch devices, but it does show the styling issues and over-indentation of submenus.
mattylbParticipantI’m finishing up the details on my site before I add more products and release it and I can’t have submenus that don’t work on touch devices so I removed them until it’s fixed.
Can you reproduce a basic submenu on your test server to see what is happening? The screencast I provided shows exactly what I was referring to. 🙂
Thanks!
mattylbParticipantyo, link didn’t attach for some reason (need an ability to edit our posts, lol) … trying again – http://screencast.com/t/qqpsstoz

I’m working on getting the Improved Product Variables plugin working in quickview and I’ll post instructions here when I’m done.
January 19, 2015 at 20:39 in reply to: Pictures in the shop look a little bit pixeled and unsharp. (WooCommerce) #42655mattylbParticipantHi HKN,
Since you have your theme settings > woocommerce > shop product columns set to 3, that makes the images display larger than you have catalog image sizes set to, which causes the image to blur when it’s expanded.
Go to Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > and change Catalog Image Size to no less than 400×400. I don’t believe you have to use hard crop (I don’t and have had no problems).
You might have to follow this up by getting a plugin called Regenerate Thumbnails from the WP plugin repository. It works well and will regenerate all of your image thumbnails to fit the dimensions you have set in the area I mentioned above.
Hope that helps!

mattylbParticipantOk thank you. I’ll look into another solution to fill that space or rework how the tabs are displayed. 🙂
