Go to Wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> CHECK

• Count friends for each user
• Count groups for each user
• Count total members
• Repair user “last activity” data

Then click -> Repair items

For this is not quick solution, the sweetdate theme or buddypress doesn’t have this functionality by default and you should implement by yourself.

First please enable wp_debug – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG then look for displayed specific errors and paste it here.

This error can be caused by one of the plugins, i suggest you to disable all plugins excluding the plugins that has comes with the theme like buddypress rt media etc

I think this issue is caused by wordfence : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-the-username-or-password-you-entered-is-incorrect-lost-your-password-2?replies=3#post-6996522 try to disable the plugin then clear cache and test after, in the link that i have provided you is a function try to translate.
