If you de-activate all plugins and child theme they will look like in the past ?

There is no shortcode that generate that, that it’s part of buddypress, the code can be copied from inspect element from chrome but it will link to the user from where you will copy the menu.

First make sure to have elementor plugin installed and activated, check in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.
Go to wp-admin -> pages -> reasons to join -> edit, then click on edit with elementor
Then add extra space or do a small change and press update
That’s it

You will have to install and enable child theme first then via FTP go to wp-content/themes/kleo/page-parts/ and copy the posts-related.php to child theme in the same path folder will miss in child theme and you will have to create it.So the path in child theme will be : wp-content/themes/kleo-child/page-parts/posts-related.php, then edit this file from child and in the screenshot you will see where to change from random to modified.

So in the fist screenshot the view it’s as logged in user and the second as guest user ? How the guest view should behave ?

I see, there should be enabled buddypress plugin before that action, check in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins -> buddypress and activated it. Also you can activate all required plugins then proceed with your previous action.Let me know

I see but this is not a theme related, i’ve noticed the tags has no effect even if i use default theme looks like it’s directly from bbpress plugin.

I see, in this case if the site it’s live and lot of traffic it’s recommend to to that on a development install like cloning all but on a testing subdomain, there you can safe test with default wp theme. We need to check this before start to debug because if may be something unrelated to kleo and to be something between pmpro and wp.

I’ve noticed the issue comes from javascript not from CSS, if i de-activate the JS the button looks ok.
Ask them for a snippet that prevents the js, also try to see if this issue happens using default wp theme.
