I have updated to 3.1.3 and I disabled every single plugin but the WooCommerce theme options still didn’t show! I have had to reactivate the plugins for now though.

I’ve found a workaround for now:

Put this CSS in the Visual Composer CSS setting for every product page (or whatever page you want the borders for:

}

I think it would be good to be able to set the Layout = Boxed or Wide, for each page though.

Thanks. I’ve added that code to style.css in the theme so that I can put my Go Pricing table on any page.

I found a problem with the security preventing TinyMCE editor from loading. So that has now been fixed, but Visual Composer Front End editor just will not load.

I found a couple of errors in Firebug console:

TypeError: window.tinyMCE.activeEditor is null
TypeError: vc.shortcodes.get(…) is undefined

Would this be related?

I just tried it in Safari and it looks fine, but in Firefox the main image takes up the full width.

This only happened after the last theme update.

I have been in contact with the devlopers of Visual Composer but they said I need to have the latest version of the plugin, but they won’t provide an upgrade because SevenQueen supplied the plugin.

Can you provide an update to the latest version?

Ignore that – I realised that the gradient background doesn’t work for Safari so I added a background-color.

Not very impressed with level of support here! 2 days and no reply.

Don’t bother now though – I managed to solve the problem by increasing my PHP memory allocation to 256M (in Plesk hosting panel).
