Good day our developer fixed the issue there is a bug in Chrome version 44 that will break some themes but I will let you guys handle the complaints since not everyone is experiencing this issue and it is isolated to certain machines. Cheers!
FYI just putting my two cents in here but the Theme Updater had a huge issue in the last 72 hrs on its own and it crashed the backend of our site. We needed to enlist our developer to fix it as line 344(?) in the code became an issue. I’m sure people are experiencing issues because of this. Here is the error.

Seems like you know a lot about this theme, would you charge a fair amount monthly just to make simple to moderate css changes to the site from time to time if necessary, if so how much? Good day. I would appreciate if Kleo theme support would begin answering these emails since you are not answering specifically. Its a no brainer that its the header section however this section controls a lot of options in the header and so far I cannot get them to change the top menu and icon options so I need a screen capture with arrows as to what specific settings are supposed to change the “top menu” not the main menu which is the only thing I see taking effect. This way I can determine if something is wrong with the settings. Thanks.
Also my Top Menu font is the same color so I can’t see it, how do I change those? Thanks is advance.
Okay, in regards to why my theme options will not change when I make updates to them is that something else or related to this?
Hey thanks for assisting me.It turns out that this folder was also not in the backups or was there under Kleo_ with nothing in it so this has been an issue for awhile. So at this point are you saying I should upload the new Kleo_Child to the server via ftp and activate it? If so is this also the reason why the them will not take any updates because the Child theme is missing or is that another issue? Thanks again for your time and energy.
It doesn’t seem like its there, please see image attached. Just this mean my child theme has been deleted somehow?
Hey Abe I can do that no problem and I see what you are saying that will remove the indication of a broken theme in the wordpress panel, my main issue is what about the child theme is it missing now? As you see in my recent ticket none of my changes to the template are taking and I’m trying to make a decision to either revert back to 1.5 or keep moving forward either way I have people that are supposed to be working on hold and a deadline to meet so I need some advice on this asap

Okay so I’m missing the child theme. Man this shit is confusing, I’m only doing what the auto updates and things instruct to do and I’m running in to these issues what do I need to do to fix this name kleo_ kleo_child via ftp?
Excuse me here is the entire screen shot so its possible the real theme I’m using is named properly is that correct?
Okay so what should I do because I just updated via the theme update area in wordpress. Is everything fine and I should proceed?
Thanks for the quick response. So your saying if I make a backup via FTP, if something goes wrong I can reload this backup and restore things back to the way they where? Also what backup software do you recommend.
Thanks that really helped found some options under “Users” in the Kleo theme. Just to confirm is this pretty much the most expressive format? I mean can members have things like time lines like Facebook. Like the image display used for the blog because that would be really nice.
Finally! Its a simple mistake confusing the General Settings for the theme with “Theme General Setting” on the actual edit page for the default home page. One thing is for sure we are all going to be WordPress experts after this them. lol Last thing Abe can you drop me the link on how to update the theme properly so I can do that and then start building. Thanks in advance.
Okay I see what is happening here. His image shows he is using either another version, possibly the update, or another version of WP. So I believe first you will need to update from 1.4.2 to 1.5.0 like I need to as the following updates below have been made so it would be better to start with that if you have not already. Abe can you send me the link for the blog that gives instructions on how to apply the update, as I read this must be done from FTP and not from the update option in wordpress.
When you say “use an absolute url to link to it” where do we locate the page to replace the url or the html or css that contains the script for this page so it can be manually replaced? Also can you confirm that any new pages created will use the Logos uploaded in Display Settings?
I think if you create your own homepage it will not have this issue, but you will have to build it from scratch. The benefit of the default home is you can use it as a skeleton for your design, unfortunately hard coded logo messes it up. Are you using the most recent update?
I did that before I commented on this ticket and it doesn’t work as I cannot add my image to that area and a broken image icon is in place in that area now. I’m sure they have a fix for this, its actually in the page code wherever that is. You can replace the url there once you find it with the logo you would like, I just cannot find that file or all the pages.
Good day, for some reason I cannot start a fresh ticket but this is the problem I’m having. I change all of the default images, size them properly but the one on the default home page will not change. Image attached. How can I change this? i also looked in other places on the forum but the answers are marked private.
