ModeratorIf you’re talking about comments on posts and not activity comments, then you need rtMedia Pro or find a different plugin that does that.

ModeratorKamal – The title is auto changed to whatever name you put.
poetryjam – http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
“A child theme is a theme that inherits the functionality of another theme, called the parent theme. Child themes allow you to modify, or add to the functionality of that parent theme. A child theme is the best, safest, and easiest way to modify an existing theme, whether you want to make a few tiny changes or extensive changes. Instead of modifying the theme files directly, you can create a child theme and override within.”
What seems to confuse people the most is they make the mistake of enabling Kleo after an update since WordPress will give you that option. You should only update Kleo, never enable it.

Moderator@kamal – going to add a few more options here. hope you dont mind.
Option 1
If you want the ability to add a back to whatever, but its always going to be different:– Within VC, add new row
– Add an icon (the back to portfolio uses the TH icon x2).
– Add a link to the page you want it to go to– Turn off Back to Portfolio button in Theme Options – Portfolio (cant remember if this is available in Kleo 2.1. If not you can hide vis css)
Option 2
I have a beta version of Kleo 2.2, so I cant remember if this is available in Kleo 2.1, but you’ll be able to set a custom page for your portfolio. You can call it whatever you want and give it whatever slug you want. So if you call it Projects, it will use that name instead of “Portfolio” then all the “Back to Portfolio” buttons will automatically be turned into “Back to *whateveryourslugis*”Hi there!!! ModeratorThe error indicates that it can’t find the kleo_vc_elem_increment function. That function has been around since before k-elements 1.6. Its located in k-elements/compat/plugin-js-composer/config.php on line 15. Sounds to me that either that file is missing or corrupted.
Can you verify that you are running

ModeratorI’m using Types. I’ll give you an outline of what I did on my site to integrate it with Kleo, but this is a lot of work and you really need to be asking your questions over on the Types forum.
To display your cpt in the format that you’ve provided a picture of, you’ll have to either code it yourself by creating a single-yourcptname.php file or use Views and/or Layouts plugins available from the same people who wrote the Types plugin.
Personally, I’m using their Views plugin for archive pages because I wanted the ability to sort/filter my CPT listing (See parametric search: http://wp-types.com/documentation/user-guides/front-page-filters/) . It was a bit of a chore because I had to recreate the Kleo masonry grid in their UI.
But for displaying the actual cpt single page I’m using the Types API. Here’s how I did it.
1 – I wanted to use some of Kleo’s options under “Theme General Settings” to allow my authors to use videos and Spotify playlist. By default those options only show up on WP Posts and Pages. To add it to your CPT you need to put this in your functions.php file
COPY CODEadd_filter( 'kleo_meta_boxes', 'kleo_my_metaboxes' ); function kleo_my_metaboxes( array $meta_boxes ) { // Start with an underscore to hide fields from custom fields list $prefix = '_kleo_'; $meta_boxes[] = array( 'id' => 'general_settings', 'title' => 'Media', 'pages' => array( 'yourcptname' ), // Post type 'context' => 'normal', 'priority' => 'default', 'show_names' => true, // Show field names on the left 'fields' => array( array( 'name' => 'Slider', 'desc' => 'Used when you select the Gallery format. Upload an image or enter an URL.', 'id' => $prefix . 'slider', 'type' => 'file_repeat', 'allow' => 'url' ), array( 'name' => 'Media oEmbed URL', 'desc' => 'Used when you select Video format. Enter a Youtube, Vimeo, Soundcloud, etc URL. See supported services at <a target="_blank" href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds" rel="nofollow">http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds</a>.', 'id' => $prefix . 'embed', 'type' => 'oembed', ) ) ); return $meta_boxes; }
Again, I only wanted to show the media options, but you can add anything you want. Just look at /kleo/lib/metaboxes.php
2 – The next thing I did was copy all of the content files (i.e. content-image.php) from /kleo/content-xxx.php to /kleo-child/content-xxx.php My goal was to keep the standard kleo post layout, but add some information from my CPT meta info to the page, specifically between the media at the top of the post and the actual article content. To do so, I added the following just before ‘the_content–‘ call which allows me to inject whatever I want there.
COPY CODE<?php get_template_part('page-parts/yourcptname'); ?>
Note: @abe recently told me how to do this by hooking into the the_content filter, but I haven’t implemented it yet: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/handling-custom-post-types#post-34846 Potentially, this will allow me to do what I want without having to copy all of the content-xxx.php files to my child theme.
3 – Then I created a new file called yourcptname.php and put it in /kleo-child/page-parts/. That file has all of the Types code. You can learn all about outputting Types info using php here: http://wp-types.com/documentation/user-guides/displaying-wordpress-custom-fields/#1
That should give you enough information to do some damage. If you don’t know PHP, you should hire someone to help. With that said, there is a wealth of information about all of this in the Toolset forums: https://wp-types.com/forums/
Some final thoughts – Without fully understanding your requirement, I’d say you might be able to just copy /kleo-single.php to /kelo-child/single-yourcptname.php and edit that file so it outputs the Types custom meta info in the format you want. More info on that here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Type_Templates

ModeratorKamal assumed that you had a custom home page set in Settings-Reading instead of your home page being your latest posts.
@abe – I have confirmed this. If you set it to 9, then you get the kleo pagination. If you set it to 10 you get 10 posts but no pagination. If you set it to anything over 10, you only get 10 posts and still no pagination. Again, this is when Front page displays = Your latest posts. This doesnt happen if you set Front Page = Home / Posts page = blog.Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. ModeratorIn the future, it will be helpful if you provide more information on what you tried (the code). I’ll take a guess here and assume that you used something like add_action( ‘bp_setup_nav’, ‘custom_profile_setup_nav’, 100000 );
For rtMedia (the media tab) you need to load it on bp_init, not bp_setup_nav
COPY CODEadd_action('bp_init','change_media_tab_position', 12); function change_media_tab_position(){ global $bp; if( isset ($bp->bp_nav['media'])){ $bp->bp_nav['media']['position'] = 10; } }
Let me know if I guessed right 🙂

ModeratorThe following is not supported by 7th Queen. This is how I have done it and it works on my site. If you want to customize it to suit your site, you will have to do that on your own. I wont be providing any support for this.
By default, posts will display in a masonry grid as set in Theme Options – blog. In my functions.php file, I’m adding icons to switch the view. Options are Grid, Simple and List. Grid = Masonry, Simple = posts in a list with meta and images, List = Titles (with links) only. Clicking on any of the icons will set a cookie so the users choice is remembered, then reloads the page. I thought about adding ajax support instead of reloading the page, but its a one time deal so not worth the coding effort. If list or simple are selected, a customized copy of content-image.php is loaded. Here’s all the parts
1 – Copy the jQuery code in the “Add this to javaScript code” file attached to the JavsScript box in Theme Options – General Settings.
2 – Copy the code in the “Add this to functions” file attached to your child theme functions.php file.
3 – Copy post-content-simple.txt to /kleo-child/page-parts/post-content-simple.php. Remember to change the extention from .txt to .php.
4 – Copy index.txt to /kleo-child/index.php and /kleo-child/archive.php. Remember to change the extention from .txt to .php.
5 – Copy archive.txt to /kleo-child/archive.php. Remember to change the extention from .txt to .php.
6 – Copy the css in “Add this to child css.txt” to your child theme style.css file.
Note: The list view is not formatted because I’m not going to use it on my site. You can add any format or additional information you want. Its located on line 19 of post-content-simple.php.
To control the length of the excerpt, you can change the value of kleo_excerpt in post-content-simple.php (line 55)
To control what meta information is display https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/remove-tags-from-post-in-masonry-grid-view or do a search for kleo_entry_meta
