Container in members directory is 120×120, image is 50×50. I need it to be at least 120×120.
twoshoesParticipantI mean the size of the actual image (thumbnail) is 50×50, and I need it to be 120×120. If you take a look at my site you will know what I mean. The profile thumbs now look blurry because they are blown up from their original 50×50.

I don’t know if it is possible to regenerate those 50×50 and make them 120×120, but maybe as a workaround, I could instead of using those 50×50 tumbs, I could use the thumbs that are generated from the profile page, since they are larger? I believe those are 150×150.
Or, if there is a way to resize (regenerate) the 50×50 thumbs into 120×120, that would be the best solution of course.
twoshoesParticipantNever mind, I contacted the WP Engine support again (after they told me it had to be a theme issue), and this time, with a different support guy, he was able to fix it. Seems their login protection was the cause.

twoshoesParticipantSorry, I didn’t test on windows cause I didn’t have that problem there before.
But, now this 502 Bad Gateway also happens on my own Windows machine here, and on all browsers, Chrome and Firefox. I can use it to login to my Admin account, but when trying a different account the error occurs.
twoshoesParticipantNow, I only have 2 issues left and then I can finally launch my site :-) 1. When a member (other than admin) writes a status update on his wall, there is an error message saying a problem occurred publishing the message. The message still appears on his profile header (after a refresh of the page), but it is not registered in the activities. 2. When someone writes a new topic or a reply to a topic in bbpress, they get a 404 when they post it. And then the topic (or answer) is waiting approval in the back end. Which is not what I want of course, I want the topics and answers auto approved. Is this something you guys can help me with or is this also a WP Engine thing? I’m sorry to report that there seems to be no options for us 🙁I contacted rtMedia and they could not help me, neither can anyone here on SweetDate, so I’m afraid we are now stuck with an outdated image solution.
I really think this is a 7th Queen problem, since this is a dating theme (that we bought and paid for), they should defninitly make sure the image upload function is working for us even after future updates of the theme. But unfortunately, they don’t see this as “their problem”. They stuck BP Album in there for us, and when BP Album shut down they switched over to rtMedia, with no solution on how to migrate for us.
twoshoesParticipant@Abe, you are right. W3 Total Cache was the problem. Seems I cannot use it, it’s only causing problems. Thanks for your tip.
twoshoesParticipantAlso, in the groups directory there seem to be another problem. I cannot hide the title anymore. I have the option checked in the backend, but it still shows in the frontend. So not only does it not translate but it won’t hide either…

You must be logged in to view attached files.twoshoesParticipantWell @abe I uninstalled codestyling localization a couple weeks ago. I didn’t know this was a required plugin to translate sweetdate. I thought using poedit was good enough. But it seems you HAVE to use codestyling localization.
I guess I will have to re-install it again then. Even though it isn’t a very good plugin in my case, cause many things cannot be translated with it, like plurals for example. I have to use poedit to translate them, for example “member/members”, these cannot be translated using codestyling localzation, so I must first translate everything with codestyling localization and then I have to use poedit for plurals to even work.

A little strange that you can’t help me with this since BP-Album was the only option a couple years ago when I bought your theme, and now you have switched to rtMedia, so I’d assume you’d have a fix for this.
But I will ask them over at rtMedia then. Do I have access to their premium support since it is included in your theme? Or do I have to purchase the pro version?
