Is there some code that hide the option ”ALBUMS” from the profile menu?

I purchased rtMedia PRO but my customers says that the option ”ALBUM” and the option ”MEDIA” (from rtMedia) make it confuse.

Then I’m trying to hide the option ALBUM only and leave only MEDIA (rtmedia) as option to upload photo albums.

Can someone help me?

I did the test as you asked.

Create a new page, inserted the icon status by visual shortcode generator.. You can see the result if you want… Its the same..
In this moment I have 92 members, 82 activated by e-mail corretly.. the rest activated manually by me…
It shows 78 member sin total..

I’m using a sweetdate child theme..
When I insert this code in the child theme style.css the changes does not appear.

That’s why I created the topic to ask if I need to insert the css code in other file in the bbpress folder or something like that.

I cant believe that anyone changed their forum style or div background colors… lolololol

The rtMedia support said me it’s a theme issue or a bug from other plugin…
Of course, If we saw the theme and rtMedia working well after deactivate WPML Plugin.. the first idea is ”Stop and deactivate WPML forever”… lolololol
That’s why I asked refund to WPML seller…

if you find a solution, I will by WPML again… because this plugin is really fantastic to configure a website/blog and any content in 2, 3, or 10 different languages in the same spot…

SECOND TEST.
I did login in an member account the the total memeber is counting correctly.
I changed the field ”I am” for couple and refreshed the home page.
The ”total couples” icon show it correctly.
The ”total memeber” icon is not counting it, remain in 68 members.

I changed a second time for Woman.
Then the ”total women” shows correctly but the ”total members” remain in 68.

I dont know what kind of test I cand do because this short code is suppose to work correctly, this is the original short code.

Just to refresh the information.
I have 82 members now. They are real members and I cant login in their accout and I dont know the password as well.
The home page shows only 68 (It’s ok, we can leave it for now I realize that this home page does not work)
My question is:

Hi the short code used to get ”total memebers” is not counting at less the members that is activated in this moment?

You see: Women (1) + Men (68) + Couples (2) = 68

I know the buddypress miss the memebers we active manually, but this 71 members was activated by the activation email… its the correct way… but is not working as well.

I will not log in this members account.
I dont care if it miss 10 members and show just 70 now when I have 80 members.
The problem is that it is not counting correctly in the hone page.
You can see with your eyes lolol..
Men + Women + Couples = wrong number.

The rtmedia was configured to allow users upload pictures on activity stream.
It was working well.. after install WPML Plugin, it broke..
Then I tried to deactivate 23 plugins, one by one, and post a picture after deactivate each plugin.
The supporter from rtmedia forum was logged and confirm the test.
When I deactivate WMPL, tchaaannaammmmmm.. The website and rtmedia was working very well…
Then I asked the refund from WPML seller… This plugin is fantastic but not for Sweetdate theme..

I realize that just the header color changes, the div colors does not changes… I dint know if I have indicate some code like ”important” to overwrite the theme css style..

I did this customization in the file wp-content > themes > sweetdate-child > style.css
It help customize colors but not DIV backgrounds.

Just insert this code in your child theme style.css file

Hi moderator.. I installed WP SUPER CACHE and its working veru very very good, the web site is better now, I can visit pages, prifles, groups quickly, but I have just one problem, when I try to post a comment on profile page it takes 1 minute to post.
I just need to know if its a rtMedia PRO (I purchased it yesterday) issue or a Buddypress issue…

My website is working well but in the homepage and members page the number of members is wrong.
I think it’s because some members I activated manually. Now the Buddypress is not counting it.
I have 65 members and in the home page and members page it shows 55 in total.

It’s missing 10 members.

I tried to fix it with a function in sweetdate-child/functions.php that I found in a topic here but is not working….

It’s working well now. I uninstalled WPML Plugin that I purchased because was recommended here.. and it broke my site.
Then the problem is not from sweet date theme.
Apologize for my stress here but I thought a plugin recommended here was compatible.

There are 2 plugins recommended here that broke sweetdate:

Buddypress Wall (This plugin is fantastic but is not compatible with sweetdate theme together rtmedia plugin).

WPML Multilingual is a great plugin but broke sweetdate theme together rtmedia plugin.

It’s resolved now.. I asked refund about WPML and I got it in 2 hours..

In my opnion the best one was Buddypress Wall that allow post message in member profile as a status update, and allow you like updates, etc…
Now this plugin is not working with this theme and rtmedia… well, I have no option in this moment..
I’m using ”bbpress like button” but it is just for forums/topics…
Somebody knows a different plugin that is working with this theme?

It was working with the same plugins I have now, except buddypress wall (that is recommended here in the forum but I deactivate it now and I hate this plugin).

I did and it work with rtmedia without the plugins that you recomend here.
I’m just nervous because it was working very well after the sweetdate update.
I know it’s not your fault but if always we have a big problem like this after a sweetdate update, then it’s very bad.
Sorry about this but I’m very nervous, I have people who pay to use the website and they dont understand, then I got a big problem.

Anyway, it works in other installation but it does not fix my web site.

Maybe the problem is in rtMedia but this plugin is recommended by the sweetdate developers.
