LauraModeratorHello, that is not a logo but an image of a text box, i’m not sure why is that related to the logos?
This seems just a formatting issue, you may have saved an older version of the page and it didnt save the image, try to add it again and save the page.

LauraModeratorHello, please understand that we sell our themes we do not include install and this is stated at Themeforest, aslo refunds are for theme not working, which is not the case, please check the guide I have sent you and try to install it again. You can do this either by ftp or by wordpress install. It’s all detailed at the guide.
And again, please stop creating more tickets because this slows our support service and as I said before we do not do installs, it’s a paid service not included at the theme.
