Hello, please try by downloading the new theme and installing it, just delete the main theme (not the child theme) and install the new one 🙂

Hello, you can find the plugin at the theme download from themeforest, its at \kleo\lib\inc
The update seems to be an issue with your installation as its the first time i see it. Sometimes wordpress fails to install a theme and the fix is to remove it and install it using ftp
