Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

Hello, yes, just update main theme and you wont lose changes 🙂
You can do so using ftp or hosting file manager at wp-content/themes
Or by uninstalling main theme from dashboard and installing new version, or using your themeforest API at Sweetdate > Update

Hello, the theme doesnt really affect wifi connections, wifi can be slow or fast it can happen to any website, try maybe using a CDN like maxcdn for extra speed. But really wifi speed is not related to the theme 🙂

Hello, they would open in safari as default, but you could try using a wordpress app generator plugin, that creates an app and loads the site inside the app, wappress is a good option, this way you would have a native app for your site
