For products woocommerce has some elements to show featured products only and the register form the element KLEO Register 🙂
For the columns create 1 ROW and inside divide it in 3 columns using visual composer row layout ( you will see it at the top of the row ) and then place each element in one column

You can use geonames for that 🙂 At Sweetdate > Buddypress go to the City Autocomplete and at geonames website register to have the user.
