1- That doesnt seem to be the main shop page but a page edited with visual composer, just edit the page and take off the shop categories element 🙂

Hello, buddypress register page is the default registration method using buddypress, you could use another one but the register links will redirect there.
About the pages, you cant edit them at page editor, they are php pages and need the help of a developer to edit them

Hello, there may be issues sharing profiles as it might send users to the members directory instead of the member profile you wanted to share.
Right now there is not an option for this, only activity sharing plugins

Hello, SEO by Yoast is one of the best and works with kleo very good, there shouldnt be any issue, at each page or post, you should see a section to add the keyword and description of the page and other options.
If they do not save, try to deactivate some plugins and test again 🙂

Hello, if you go to theme settings, you should be able to export your settings of the theme. For css, just do it at the child theme and copy it to the live site.
Some people basically use duplicator plugin to export all site and database to another domain without losing any data
