Hello, did you check your plugin speed with p3 plugin? maybe one is creating that issue, if you deactivate some plugins and test the speed of the theme it goes very fast.
If you followed the guide, you should have all the plugins needed to speed your site, but as i see you do not have any of them.Please follow the guide.
My suggestions are to test each plugin speed by activating and deactivating it, if not working, contact your hosting provider.

If not, try with a CDN 🙂

Hello, that is a bit more complicated code, i suggest to hire a developer to do it for you.
You need to edit the archive.php file and add the slider shortcodes, in the name of the slider you need to add a dynamic code to change the name to the respective category that the user is viewing and then add sliders with the same name for each category
