Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

You can use any version of pmpro, for the honorary memberships you can create a new level and hide it. Then assign it to which one you want

I do not know all compatible plugins with pmpro, you could ask at their forum 🙂
