Hello, that is not the theme it’s uploads of php. You must block php uploads it seems you have malware at your website. At the log there is no mention to the theme but to a php file uploaded to rtmedia.
If you go to your file manager and follow that path you can delete the file. You should also Check to block php to be uploaded using rtmedia and install wordfence plugin to scan your files for more malware. We are not responsible for malware attacks at your site and even from a third party plugin like rtmedia, we do not offer malware cleaning services this is a theme support forum and the theme has no ways to upload files or hack your site. Rtmedia as an upload managed does, as you see some user managed to upload php which should be blocked

Hello, what do you mean by meta description?
You can change seo related meta using yoast seo plugin for example
But the post / page meta are categories , tags etc

Hello, you can use loco translate plugin to change any word at the theme, if the plugin doesn’t allow to change the slug then we can’t do much sadly because its part of the functions of the plugins
