Hello, the theme does not add any registration method. Plugin does, buddypress has a registration method, found at /register page, woocommerce also allows registration, paid memberships pro account page too. You must fight spam and not block registration methods because that affects your users. Again, themes do not add this, plugin does.

I can take a look at those users and try to find the source, then we can check any spam prevention plugin for the source.
