Hello, i see no issues with the speed, actually it loads pretty fast. If you still have issues, try using super cache instead of w3 total cache

Hello, please try by going to tools – buddypress and check reinstall emails
To edit those fields from the register from of the theme ( not the buddypress register page) install loco translate plugin and go to Loco translate – themes select the theme and edit your language, search the words, change and save
