Hello, as you said, Kleo and Sweetdate are different things, but you can do a dating site with both, its just, sweetdate is a dating site in a box, easy to set up and made for it, matching system is one of the best features.
I suggest to get Sweetdate, menu is as easy as Kleo, maybe even easier. You can use K elements, kleo shortcodes are included too.

Hello, to create a menu item you need to go to Appearance > Menu then drag and drop the pages / posts / links.. you want to the menu, actually for this just drag your page Features and then under it place the child pages, so it will be under features menu as a child of it (dropdown)

Hello, yes it can be modified, the page you are looking for is under Sweetdate > Registration folder, “activate”, you will find after the Success message, a php with the login, you can delete it so they just click the button of the header
PD: If you choose to change or delete something, copy the folder in child theme so your changes wont be lost in future updates

Hello, it should work well, just need to activate the theme as network admin so all users have it active.
