    This problem randomly fixed itself and after a day or so the update initiated. I updated the plugins and everything is fine so far. Thanks for the help.

    This totally fixed my issue. My problem was that I tried updating my theme multiple times and it wouldnt work. Checking my current theme would always show Kleo 3. It just randomly appeared as the new 4 version. This fixed a few other bugs too. Thanks a lot.

    Actually no it is screwed up. When I choose Open Sans font it gives me something else. Looks more like Georgia or something. Do fonts have to be uploaded or downloaded or something because these fonts are not the same as they appear in Google Fonts

    Nevermind, I got this working. It just sometimes takes a while for the changes to work.

    No I was not able to get that pasted in the function.php. Whenever I try my site gets an error. The photos that I attached are of an example that I like.

    Vertically Aligned Content is already set to No but it still puts it in the center. Can you see anything about my set up that could be causing this? It happens on every one of my posts but only recently. Often times I notice changes in my settings that I never chose.

    Note that there are no large padding settings in this column that would push it down. It is in the same row as the content on the left

    Installed the plugin, my username and API were already there. Saved it, waited about 25 minutes, still nothing.

    Ideally I’d get posts looking the size in the photo attached or the size of the posts on your Services page. I’d need to know what my ideal photo size must be to fit these dimensions I choose so that the photo fits perfectly when people see my listed posts.

    That being my username and password for my hosting? Will I be able to make further changes to the same function later on?

    I’m still getting the error 500 when trying to enter the code provided into the functions.php of the child theme. I tried it from the pastebin link you gave but that doesnt work. Any other ideas?

    Same thing happened. I generated a new API. Inserted it. Went to Theme Updates and the update was available. I clicked on it and it said that the update was unavailable and to check back in a minute. I waited a while and now the update is no longer there at all.

    This doesn’t quite work as described. When I create a menu called Footer Menu the only options I am given are to add them to the kleo top menu, primary menu or side menu. Not to add a page.

    When I go to customizer and click menus my new footer menu shows up as an option, but when I choose to put the Privacy Policy in there it doesnt show up in the footer.

    I think I will just leave it as I have it though. I set it so my pages are displayed in my footer and I include the Privacy Policy and just exclude it from the top and primary menus. Ideally I would have it in the socket but it’s not such a big deal.

    I used iubenda.com for my policy which gave me all sorts of codes for integrating it into my site but I cant quite figure it out. In a text block where you insert words either in Visual or Text, I go to text and paste code but it only gives me a link that says Privacy Policy.

    I figured this would be fine if I could use that code to make a text widget and place the code inside and have my Privacy Policy down in the footer but when I insert the code into the text widget I get the actual long privacy policy written out a half a mile down my footer.

    Ideally I could have this in the socket next to the copyright icon and site name.

    Yes I have. Then Kleo 4.0 update became available. I chose to update it but it failed saying a valid URL was not provided. I decided to wait and come back and now the 4.0 update is not even there as an option. It disappeared from the Dashboard update section as well as the Theme updates section. Should I try generating a new API?

    Kleo 4.0 arrived, just looking for some instructions on how to make the update. Do I download all files and documentation?

    Just wondering how I would activate the 4.0 theme but be using the child theme and have it not over ride all my work?

    This works if I make a large padding of about 300px on the top part of the row. Is that the right way to do it? Otherwise the articles are placed underneath the header

    If I enable header transparency I can see the image behind the header but it moves all the posts up so that they sit underneath the header. Doesnt make sense

    Yup, that works. How can I go about changing the size of the text of these tabs? I’m in Theme Options going through every H1 H2 H3 etc and can’t seem to make the category names of those tabs larger. Thanks

    I was given some code to change the size of text on the site but it doesn’t effect the footer text. My footer text is too large. I’m using this here in my quick css

    .bigger-text {
    font-size: 16px;
    }

    I have tried changing 16px to 12 all the way up to 28 and nothing changes in my footer.

    I followed the instructions exactly as explained. I pasted the content of the exported .json file from the kleo parent theme into the child theme but nothing changed at all.

    I pasted the code you provided into the functions.php and I received a server 500 error and could not visit the site. I went back and deleted the code and now I can visit the site.

    There is no Kleo Child Theme when I search in themes. I don’t find one in my Kleo files from when I downloaded Kleo either. Was it supposed to have come in the folder?

    I had inquired about this before and I was told there Kleo must have a bug that will get fixed on the next update, just wondering if we know when that may be

    Yes, front end editor just does not work at all. None of the text or articles show up and the images do not appear as they do when you visit the site. I can’t do any editing at all with the front editor.

    First photo is front editor, second is when you visit the site. 2 completely different things.

    This is through signing into my hosting cpanel – file manager etc. right? I have kleo but no kleo child. I tried putting it in to my quick css and changing those numbers but didn’t get any results.

    I dunno if this image helps…..

    I have tried uploading small and large images, the issue seems to be with the image gallery shortcode in Visual Composer.

    Ok, so how about if I just want to add the meta information on the blog post itself under the title of each page? I went to Theme Settings – Blog – Meta Settings and chose Date and Category – Post meta style for standard layout – Inline Under Title …… but it doesn’t show up on the post itself. Take a look:

    http://www.hollagully.com/stage32-connects-and-educates-film-television-and-theater-creatives/

    I made the appropriate selections in Theme Options but its not appearing on the page.

    It allows me to add ‘author avatar’ or ‘archive link’ but not ‘author link.’ On the home page I only want the date and category mentioned on the posts, like I have right now. But when you click on one of the articles and go to its page I would like to be able to have the date, category and author written under the title of the article.
