+L4u3c4a3s–The background images and colors for rows rarely ever save. Also, try going to a page and looking at it in the front end editor. Try for the page “Podcast Production Services” and see how fucked up it is. It looks nothing like in the back end. Try looking at how it looks on different mobile devices, its totally messed up.
Line heights in some of the rows dont work either. You’ll see. Thanks

I have followed all of the above advice, and visual composer still wont save row background selections.
I switched themes, deleted and reinstalled Visual Composer and K-Elements, ( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); was already set to true, …. running out of options here…
If I switch to the default WP theme and try again, won’t I lose many of the settings I have established in Kleo?
This article say’s I may lose some of my websites functionality. I’ve been building it for a year and simply cannot go through the 100 articles and change little things here and there….

Inside wp-config.php it says “Empty directory listing”

ThanksI’ll also note that inner row background settings save just fine, but the outter row background settings do not. Ever. In this photo is an example.
My website is black. The background color of that inner row can be saved to white, but if I want that entire row to be white, my selection WILL NOT SAVE. please help, thanks
I should also note, in case you were going to update any plugins, there are two that I don’t update because they are cracked, being Thrive and EasyAzon. Thought I should mention that. I use these same plugins on other sites with no problems.
That would be great and much appreciated. Whatever I have done through these plugins has been an absolute disaster for my site and now my Slider Revolution doesn’t even work on my homepage so I’m going to replace it with a photo. Must be something to do with the caching?

I notice when I type in any URL for my site the screen is white for a long time and then everything loads in at once.
At this point, GTmextrix can’t even analyze my homepage because it says it takes too long to load. I really appreciate the help.

Password: +L4u3c4a3s-Yes of course. That is using the Visual Composer selection called Image Gallery. In it’s options where it says Type you want to select ‘Big Image + thumbs’ and where it says On Click Action you want to choose ‘Open prettyPhoto.’ You may need to insert the image size you want but I think it will work automatically to the size of image you use. If you find that the images are too large, try putting it in a row with 3 sections where the 2 outside sections are smaller. Put the Image Gallery in the center one.

In this instance it turned out that my server went down. Pretty unsatisfied with Bluehost so far.
But I would still like to know the relationship between updates with Kleo and updates with WordPress. Thanks
Perhaps the version that comes with the theme is not responsive and I have to buy the upgrade for that feature? If that is the case then if I upgrade will I still be able to keep my current slider without loosing all the work?
I have no idea what a div is and where I would insert that. She gave me some code to insert into my style.css which is now controlling the text for my entire site. So if I want to make some text smaller or larger in certain places it won’t let me.
Visual Composer won’t let me add post meta like author and date, so I have to do it manually. If I follow your instructions and highlight the text in the textblock and choose a specific size, nothing happens. It stays the same size as the other text.
Where do I insert <div …. code? In my style.css? I don’t see how inserting April 28, Admin, Blog will help because it doesn’t even know that I am talking about an Admin or Author, it’s just text.
In the future I am going to need other text blocks that are different sizes. I think the code she gave me for the style.css won’t allow me to do that. I need a solution to be able to choose what text size and height I want where ever I want.
I updated my theme and my plugins, everything is up to date.
Feel free to sign into my FTP with FileZilla and figure out what happened. I don’t see how something can just make my site stop working like that. I think I need a more simple theme.

In the first photo you can see the posts, in the second photo on a different computer you cant see the posts. When I make a window incognito I cant see the posts. This is crazy.
For some reason the photo with the Posts Grid working wont upload. I just dont know what to do.

Hey sharmstr,
You always give great, efficient support. Is there a way I could just communicate with you from now on? I’ve got issues with my site that are preventing me from launching and I’m thinking of getting another theme. For some reason I’m not able to create new support tickets so I have to go back into this old one.
Content on my site is not showing up on other peoples computers.
Attached are 3 photos of my home page. The first one which is from my desktop is displaying my Post Grid as I have set. The second is from my iPad, not showing any posts. The third is from a friends desktop computer, not showing any posts.
He says the posts work fine when he clicks them in the footer, and they are built with visual composer. Perhaps there is a problem with the Posts Grid shortcode? If the problem is visual composer I may have to find a theme that uses something more reliable. Any help would be great, thanks.
This is way too complicated. They made me download some program called FileZilla and when following the instructions I am not getting anything.
I think I would rather just accepting the problem than wasting a week trying to fix it.
So this code you gave me makes it so any text block throughout my entire site is 18px X 29px. But what if I would like to have some text blocks where the text is smaller.
My problem is that visual composer doesnt include author, date and category of a post, so I have to add this in manually. But I want this text smaller, like they appear in larger publications.
So in this photo you see that I had to manually enter the Date, Author name and Category on my own. I would like the option of making this text smaller.
There will be instances where I want to have large text too to highlight a quote in an article. Will I be able to do that with a text block?
