….should I use Smush or reSmush.it Image Optimizer?? Can’t find Smush it.

    – There is an option in Speed Booster Pack: Removes extra Font Awesome styles
Should I check this option or leave it unchecked??

Ah, thank you so much Radu!!!

….also maybe I should mention that my mainsite lately has become awfully slow although I optimize it every day with WP Optimize. Today I activated IP Geo Block and blocked most countries to see if it helped. I also deactivated all plugins that are not necessary. But still it takes from 5-17 seconds to load at Pingdom.

    Thanks

But this ticket is not about Theme Options blank page at mainsite. This ticket is about the issue on my staging site where I have updated to Sweetdate 3 and Elementor. You know the issue that the profile menu on frontend profile page doesn’t work.

I can’t push the staging site to live site until it works properly.

    Hi Laura,
I still have issues (Frontend > Profile page > Profile menu) on my staging site with Sweetdate 3 that Radu will try to resolve for me.

So in the meantime I want my mainsite to work as well as possible. So could you please help me to change from Total Members + Members Online + Men online + Women online to just Total Members + Men + Women. In my language: “Antal medlemmmar totalt + Män (men) + Kvinnor (women). If possible I would like to have it in that order.

Ps. Please make a screenshot of your change, so I can redo it at my staging site or when I have pushed it to livesite.

Oh, thank you so much, Kieran!

Yes, I tried to go into phpMyAdmin but I couldn’t find anything that could be users-related…
So maybe I’ll try one of the plugins you recommended.

    Thanks

Deleted the theme but not child theme. Downloaded again from Theme Forest (the installable wordpress file only). Tried with the “All files & documentation” but a stylesheet css was missing so I couldn’t install it.

The light grey “section – lines” dissapeared, but it is still not working..(I tried without activating child theme)

Should I copy the custom codes in child theme and delete that one too, and the reinstall??
But as I haven’t activated child theme, I guess the issue isn’t in the childtheme.

I have already deactivated all plugins except Buddypress…doesn’t make any difference.

    What to do??

    Thank you Kieran!

Anyway, before doing the restore, I need to copy my users (as I got new users since last backup and want to keep messages between members since last backup) with profile fields and messages. Do you know any plugin for that?

    – BuddyPress Members Export plugin?
    – Export Users to CSV plugin?

Do you know if any of those include messages?

    Thanks

    Hi Kieran and thanks,
I don’t know….I haven’t added any plugins except W3 Total Cache, which I tried to deactivate, but the issue still remains. I have probably done some plugin updates though..

I don’t think I have changed anything on my mainsite….

Well it doesn’t matter if my admin account has a paying membership or not, as my settings should be that both registered users and members have access to Members Directory. I think my setting is Restrict “not logged in”.

    Thanks

Sections? You are refering to the grey lines below the Profile menu, right? No idea. They were already there, but you can remove theme, please. Maybe that will help…

Okay, I’ll do as you say!
    Thanks a lot, Radu!

    Thank you, Kieran!
So logged out means “not registered”/”visitor”?
Logged in means “registered user but not paying for a membership”?

For me it’s really strange terms. Usually on websites you can only login if you have an account. Ohterwise you have to sign up / register.
So for me ” not logged in” means a register user with an account who has not logged in (is logged out from their account).

Anyway….either way I can’t view members page from main menu even though I am logged in to my account. Only from Profile page I can search members.

So I thought till this issue is resolved I will remove Members from top menu, but now I just get a blank page when I click on Theme Options!!!

I have not updated this site to Sweetdate 3 yet, as I still have other issues to resolve with that on my staging area. Just so you know. Don’t update anything! It will break stuff!
(Still I have to make my mainsite work as it should in the meantime)

    Thanks

    ..
..I know I had some problems getting rid of a lot of space above footer in Elementor. Somehow I fixed it. Maybe in a wrong way?

As you can see at the screenshot there are two lines and they are very close to the Profile Page menu. Maybe the space is to little to let the menu result show??
The thing is that the Profile menu shows, and when clicking on one of those menu tabs, the under menu shows, no problem. But when clicking on one of the tabs in the under menu – that’s when nothing shows / happens… Maybe to little space for it to show?????

    Just a thougth..
    What do you think?

My credentials are in the first message of this ticket.

Yes, the issue still remains after deactivating child theme…purching caches and deleting webhistory.

This issue happened after I tried the code in the first message of this ticket. Also after I removed it from Theme Options > Styling Options > Quick CSS.

Is it possible that some of this code is still remaining somewhere?

    Hi again,
I removed the script, but still when I click on Profile > Edit, nothing happens except that I end up at header. When I scroll down again, there are no profile fields or anything.

    Thank you Kieran,
I thought this was the setting I had…?

Anyway, I checked….Not logged in and couldn’t reach Members Page.
I logged in (not admin user, another one) and then I could not view Members Profile, so something is really weird.

You can try. I have a profile called Bettan with password bettan. This is not an admin account. Or you can try with a new registration..

I have had this problems lately. My members contact me and say they cannot view the profile page or write to members although they have a paying membership. So I have to update the profiles or make new ones for them.

It also has happen to my admin account, that I can’t view Members page and get directed to Membership Levels.

Laura and Radu knows about this…But if you have any idea how this can happen…or what to do about it, I would be greatful.

    Regarding the GDPR:
I read the link, and it says:
We will be also releasing updates to our themes to ensure the login and register forms comply with the requirements.
Will that be all set before Friday 25th?

Thank you Radu, but the issue is not when it comes to Mobile Mode, it is the sizes over Mobile size that makes the form to wide although I enter padding for it.

I would like to have it like the first screenshot: look.

    But it floats out like this;

    You see what I mean?
I would like it to have the same (fixed) proportion until it gets to Mobile mode. Or even better like it used to be before Elementor:
    https://bildafamilj.nu/
Try to make the browserwindow smaller and bigger and you see what I mean. This is good.

Then try to make the browserwindow smaller and larger with this (Elementor):
    http://bildafamilj.wpstagecoach.com/

What you see here, is that the password fields jumps around.
Also the form is too wide at full width desktop mode. I have tried to put margin/padding to adjust it but it doesn’t help.
