I tested FTP and I could access is without a problem. Rocket plugin has been deleted from the server.

So before when we hovered over the banner the pointer showed that the banner had a link to it ie. finer pointer. Now you cannot tell if the link is live; In addition I have added the code you provided and replaced the link in the revolution slider and still it does not updated. I also purged all cache.
I am trying to update a banner that was existing and also added a new one to see if there was any difference.
I was wondering if the code you have provided is necessary to fix this issue as the slider was working perfectly smoothly without any hiccups?

I am a little embarrassed but I am not sure how to add to CSS. I do all the admin on my own and learning as I go. Is there somewhere I can see how its done?

ParticipantI had removed and added links to banners but they never go live. The first banner was one I did not Add the link due to the issue.

ParticipantHi sorry our site has been having several issues and so we had to restore it from back up. Its online now.

I am not sure what you mean. In the attached image titles: IMG_2977.JPG I have already inserted the url under LINK and SEO and it still does not make the banner connect. Do I need to put the URL somewhere else?

I think you misunderstood which banner I was talking about. I have taken a pic, but it’s the revolution slider that is no longer linking to the event page. The first image shows which banner Iam talking about on the home page.
The second attachment is the link URL I enter to link the banner to the event page.

Unfortunately we have still been having issues with our site but it back up and I have checked the header settings and all seems fine.

Yes directly on the homepage where we have a scrolling banner. Those use to be live links to the event page.

I have SSL Insecure Content Fixer installed could that cause the issue?

I totally understand that the contact form message should come to me but the person intended is not me. Another example is an email I received today from a user, where I the admin was not suppose to receive.
As you can see the email is sent to a user named blackmale1 but its coming to my email:

So the email notifications that I have been receiving when a user sends a message are coming to me when they are directed to another user.
For example :
You received a new contact form message: Name: Diane and Les Email: ltorgyik@sympatico.ca Message: Hi Sexy bum l
m Diane do you go to Jeanies in Mississauga,because we are going today Sat. Apr. 9th. and lm bisexual ThanksThis was not directed to me as I know these users and they are trying to message someone else but it came to me in the contact form email. IT actually came to me three times.

Password: ps9669.SWhat we noticed right now is even logging in is not working. Let me know if you think all is setup correctly and I have tried the update for the theme, visual composer, rev slider and elements but some issues.

ParticipantI remember you mentioning a host provider but I jumped the gun before checking your referral out.
I pay to much for these guys and need to offset what j just lost and then possible make a move in the future. I will let u know when the server is setup and will be testing it before it goes live and will forward you the credentials.
I will wait for you to give me the green of that okay first as Iam very afraid of this next step as I have no php experience or confidence it adding and removing stuff via ftp.

I really want to thank you for your support service, you guys know what it takes to give good service.
I have begun the process of changing host providers but now my only fear is that the host and developer were the same 🙁 not sure who I will be able to use to help with the site.
Is it possible when I get things online with the new provider that you can take a look and test things out and possible assist with the automatic theme updates, etc. I will first go over the guide you gave given and ensure things are running smoothly on that end.

Iam sure you guys are super busy bit wanted to know if you were able to gain access to cpanel. I refuse to give up on this theme and pretty sure it’s not the theme.
I figured out about how to write to the server as secure lockdown is enables and has to be disabled prior to changes.
I tried last night to upgrade the theme to 4.1 in hopes of fixing the issues but it did not update correctly.
Please let know if you able to assist still.

ParticipantI am so sorry Laura, this is all getting very overwhelming 🙁 I am trying to upload the code you gave to the wp-config.php but the permissions is giving me an error. I try to change it and it still doesn’t all me to do so. I accessed this all through cpanel.
Is there anyway we can do a team view or something similar so I can see what your doing. I will try to record it so I don’t constantly bother you. Once I see how an update and stuff is done that will help extremely. Not sure if this is possible.
