Do all your changes on your staging website then move the staging to live, why you will want to do the work twice ?

So, please work on your staging cuz there some solutions was given and move… those to live..

You should add the field id of the field and also the value selected in your case ID 673 (check if that it’s the correct ID) and value Transgender make sure it’s identically (check upppercase lowercase)

Make sure users to have that completed in their profile to can be found on search.

To can change the order of the meta before the title you will have to create a file named: post-content-small.php

in: /wp-content/themes/kleo-child/page-parts/post-content-small.php

If the folders missing in child theme create them.

NOTE : Child theme needs to be installed and activated.

If you want to create e custom page template you will have to create a file named : custom-page-template.php
in this path : /wp-content/themes/kleo-child/page-templates/custom-page-template.php

in that you will have to paste : https://pastebin.com/raw/3T8wtcyU

NOTE : Child theme needs to be installed and activated.

If the folders aren’t created in child theme create them.

Then from page template set your desired template,

If you need to modify the template you can do it safe in child theme.

If the code take action in the widget just increase the $number+1000;

You can try to repair buddypress users db from wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> check al and then repair.

If it’s the same just increase the number from the return… to your desired value.

You will have to remove this file : https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/pmpro-checkout-button-disappeared#post-180373 , this will add the default pmpro checkout there and you don’t need that.

Then update wp+theme+plugins and it should work as it should.

Tried to take a look at your current install how it behaves but asks for username and pass.

Tried to reproduce to change status of a order to completed but i cannot see that white-page, it works to change statuses for me, can you check that having enabled KLEO parent theme not child one.

If you still encounter the issue even you are using kleo parent theme please record the screen for me to can see exact the steps how can i reproduce that.

Also just enable wp debug and reproduce that and after you see the whitepage you will have to check the debug.log file in wp-content/debug.log.

Please follow these steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
